AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Hi!
Despite my happy greeting this is not going to be an upbeat post. Two nights ago I woke up around 1am -3am with a 102.1 fever. Dad gave me some Tylenol, a glass of water (with a straw!) and put a cool rag on my back, neck and belly. My fever broke about 20 minutes later when the Tylenol kicked in and I slept fine the rest of the night. Yesterday was a pretty normal day until a few hours after bedtime. I woke up crying and screaming mostly cause my belly was really bloated (most likely from increase in milk to formula ratio). However dad noticed that I was cold, really cold, like 94 degrees cold. Dad gave me some gas medicine bundled me up with 3 blankets then mom and dad took turns holding me to warm me up. Eventually I warmed up to around 97 and let out some of the gas then finally went back to sleep. Now for the really bad part, today I woke up with what appears to be measles. The doctors office says its most likely just a reaction to either the MMR or Chicken Pox vaccine and to use some Benadryl for the itching and rash and apap or ibu for fever if needed. So, I finally got to where I was feeling better and playing like normal the next darn day I basically get vaccine induced measles. Dad is just assuming its the measles portion that Im reacting to since I don't have any blisters yet like with Pox and the spots I do have look more like measles than rubella. Anyways, that's whats up with me. If my rash gets really bad dad will take a picture and show y'all. See ya later.

Where to start???
Sorry I haven't posted in while, but Ive been sick. I had a really good Christmas (pix to come). I did a really good job at opening my presents all by myself. I got so many new toys and tons of really cool clothes. Unfortunately by the end of the day dad could tell I was starting to not feel good. It all started early in the day with "fake" coughing which turned into real coughing the day after Christmas. So, mom and dad put up with me being a little cranky, tired, coughing and not eating as well over the weekend and got me into the docs Monday morning 12/28. Of course when you need to see a doctor there isn't one there just a Physicians Assistant. Dad told her I seemed to have a cough probably related to sinusitis, she replied infants don't have sinuses they develop around 4 years old. Dad should have called BS but instead dropped it. After a little persuasion she gave me a script for an expectorant but not a suppressant to take at night, which was a horrible mistake since sleep wasn't something I was getting which in turn made me feel really bad during the day. Oh yeah, I almost forgot on top of being sick and not getting enough meds to keep me comfy I also got 4 shots! I got my MMR, Chicken Pox, PCV and Swine Flu (Which I need again in a few weeks!). Well today is about 10 days since my "cold" according to the PA-C and I'm finally at about 90%. I'm still coughing a tiny bit and you can hear it in my chest a tiny bit whereas before it was all cough from post nasal drip which made sleeping and drinking bottles impossible for a few days, every time I drank a bottle I threw up. Anyways, enough about me being a sick little mess. Take care everyone.
