Officer Balyn
With his cruiser broke down and his radio out of commision Officer Balyn decides to push his car back to the station. (Click Me)
Dad had to do everything he could to hold back from laughing. He thought it was hillarious when I said "Hello" into the radio and when no one responded I slammed it back down, grumbled angrily and got out of the car.
